Shoulder, Elbow and Upper Extremity Surgery

Charles Carroll IV MD has provided care to many happy patients for their problems involving the shoulder, elbow and the upper extremity. He has cared for fractures, dislocations. arthritis, nerve and vascular injuries, epicondylitis and collateral ligament issues. He typically starts with non-surgical care and advances to surgery as each individual condition requires. He works with his patients to understand their condition and (using shared decision making) select the best care for their upper extremity conditions or injuries. Dr, Carroll will work with his patients to consider their neck and upper extremity conditions and the relationship of the two areas. No condition or problem will be considered trivial or not important. He welcomes the young, middle aged and older for consideration of their upper extremity complaints and care.
